These air fry chicken cutlets are crispy, juicy, and cooked without oil in under 20 minutes. Perfect for fast, healthy dinners the whole family loves.

  • Total Time: 25 min
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (sliced into 4 thin cutlets)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup seasoned Italian breadcrumbs

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil spray

Instructions

1. Slice each chicken breast horizontally to make thin cutlets. Pat dry.

2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.

3. Dip each cutlet in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray the basket with olive oil spray.

5. Place cutlets in a single layer. Spray tops with oil. Cook for 7 minutes.

6. Flip, spray again, and cook for another 7–8 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.

7. Serve hot or keep warm in the oven while finishing other batches.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket—air circulation is key for crisping.

Cutlets can be frozen before or after cooking.

Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 4–5 minutes.
