Ingredients
3 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
1½ tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional: grated Parmesan, lemon juice, red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
2. Toss Ingredients: In a large bowl, toss broccoli with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Arrange Broccoli: Place broccoli in a single layer in air fryer basket.
4. Air Fry: Cook fresh broccoli for 8–10 minutes; frozen broccoli for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway.
5. Add Toppings: Optional: add Parmesan or lemon juice during last 2 minutes.
6. Serve: Serve hot.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the basket for best crisp.
Store leftovers in fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat in air fryer at 375°F for 3–4 minutes.
