Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
2. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
3. Place the chicken bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
5. Remove and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
Use a meat thermometer to confirm internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
