1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thin
2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of half a lime
Tortillas for serving
Instructions
1. Slice chicken, peppers, and onions evenly.
2. Combine with olive oil and spices in a bowl; toss to coat.
3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F for 3–5 minutes.
4. Add the mixture to the basket (don’t overcrowd); cook for 14–16 minutes, shaking halfway through.
5. Squeeze lime over finished fajitas; serve with tortillas and toppings.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the basket for best texture.
