Ingredients
1 lb chicken tenderloins
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Olive oil spray
Instructions
1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
2. Set up breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
3. Coat chicken tenders: flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
4. Place tenders in air fryer basket in a single layer.
5. Air fry for 5 minutes, flip, then cook 4–5 more minutes.
6. Check internal temperature reaches 165°F.
7. Remove and let rest 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use gluten-free breadcrumbs if needed.
For a no-breading version, season tenders and air fry directly.
Use a meat thermometer for best results.
