Step 1 – Prep & Season Chicken: Pat chicken dry. In a bowl, mix oil and spices. Rub under and over the skin.
Step 2 – Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3 minutes.
Step 3 – Cook Skin-Side Down: Place thighs skin-side down in the basket. Cook for 10 minutes.
Step 4 – Flip & Finish: Flip and cook another 10–12 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.

Use a meat thermometer for accuracy—remove at 160°F and rest.
Smoked paprika adds a great smoky depth.
Avoid overcrowding the basket for optimal crisping.
