Ingredients
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional: buffalo sauce, garlic butter, or ranch seasoning for tossing
Instructions
1. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
2. In a large bowl, mix baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Toss the wings in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
4. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with oil and arrange wings in a single layer.
5. Air fry at 380°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6. Increase temperature to 400°F for the last 5 minutes for extra crispiness.
7. Remove wings and toss in your favorite sauce if desired.
8. Serve immediately with dipping sauce and sides.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
For frozen wings, increase cook time to 30–35 minutes.
Use a meat thermometer to confirm wings reach 165°F internal temperature.
