Step 1 – Slice & Dry Halloumi: Remove halloumi from package and pat dry with paper towels. Slice into ½-inch pieces.

Step 2 – Season Lightly (Optional): Season lightly if desired. Optional: spray slices with olive oil for added browning.

Step 3 – Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.

Step 4 – Cook Until Golden & Crispy: Place slices in a single layer. Air fry for 4–5 minutes, flip, and cook another 3–4 minutes until golden and crispy.

Patting dry is key to crispiness.

Avoid overcooking—halloumi becomes rubbery when left too long.

Reheat leftovers at 350°F for 2–3 minutes in the air fryer.
