Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat Air Fryer
Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for 3 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Honey Mustard Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3: Coat the Salmon
Brush the honey mustard glaze over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Step 4: Cook the Salmon
Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and is golden on top.
Step 5: Serve
Let salmon rest for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs or lemon slices if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Use parchment under salmon for easy cleanup.
Adjust seasoning to taste or try honey-Dijon with chili flakes for a kick.
