- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup softened butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320 °F for 3–4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream butter with brown and granulated sugar.
- Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into 2″ balls, slightly flatten, and chill for 10 minutes.
- Place 3–4 cookies spaced apart on parchment in the air fryer basket.
- Bake for 7–9 minutes.
- Let cookies cool in the basket for 4 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
For uniform cookies, use a 1 Tbsp cookie scoop. Rotate the basket halfway through baking for even browning.
