Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (204°C).
- Lightly coat sausages with olive oil using a silicone brush.
- Place sausages in a single layer in the basket, spaced apart.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden with internal temperature reaching 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest a few minutes before serving. Enjoy in a bun, salad, or as is!
- For raw sausages: Cook at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- For frozen sausages: Cook at 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway.
Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure raw sausages reach 165°F. For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil. Don’t overcrowd the basket to allow proper air circulation.
